M R K Institute of Technology was established in the year 2009. It is a co-educational institute. The college is located on the Kattumannarkoil - Kumbakonam road, providing a holistic environment, ideal for dedicated study with discipline, away from the hustle and bustle of the modern cities.

We, at M R K Institute of Technology, bring out and enlighten the hidden technical skills and abilities of youth with highest quality technical education and proper discipline.

Facilities:

Library- The library has a large collection of books, journals and magazines. It has the facility of DELNET to access the online resources like e-journals and e-books etc. The library has OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) facility to enable easy access for the user. It also has a collection of books related to TOEFL, GRE, GATE (All branches), CAT and civil services examinations to help the students preparing for competitive examinations.

Computer Lab- The College provide four computer labs having well equipped 200 terminals with Intel P4 processor, 512 MB RAM and 8086 processor kit. The all systems are equipped with latest version of software and have all necessary software.

Hostel- Separate hostel facility is available for boys and girls. The boys’ hostel is spread in two floors with accommodation of 600 students. The girls’ hostel has the capacity of 500 students.

Sports- Institute has the facility for games like volley ball courts, cricket grounds, basketball courts, kabaddi, throw ball courts and athletic tracks. And added facility is indoor sports complex with a fully equipped gym.
