About NITTE School of Architecture, Planning & Design - [NITTE SAPD]

Nitte School of Architecture Planning and Design (NSAPD) was established in 2016 under the aegis of Nitte Education Trust. NITTE School of Architecture, Planning, and Design (NITTE SAPD), Bangalore is affiliated with Nitte Deemed to be University and accredited by NAAC with a grade of ‘A+’. NSAPD offers undergraduate programs in B.Arch, B.Plan and B. Design, as well as a post-graduate program in M. Plan. NSAPD is approved by AICTE, Council of Architecture, Institute of Town Planners, India, and the Government of Karnataka. We are the only institution to offer the B.Plan program in Bangalore, Karnataka, which AICTE approves

The institute also provides state-level scholarships and scholarships for the reserved and women category and AICTE scholarships. All the scholarships are in the form of tuition fee waivers. Students have to appear for the Architecture Scholarship Test organized by NITTE SAPD to avail of various scholarships. The institution provides on-campus recruitment and training to the students. It is connected with over 50 firms for internship opportunities and Full-time placement post the completion of the course. Nitte University was ranked in the band 101-150 in NIRF Innovation.

B.Arch	Eligibility Criteria: No candidate shall be admitted to an architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational Subject or Computer Science Information Technology Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate. Selection Criteria: Valid NATA 2024 Score	5 Years
B.Plan	Eligibility Criteria:Candidates must be passed in 2nd PUC/12th Standard examination obtained a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate with Mathematics as compulsory subject along with Physics/ Chemistry/Computer Science/ Electronics/Information Technology/Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subjects/ Agriculture/Engineering Graphics/Business Studies/Entrepreneurship, In the case of Karnataka SC, ST and OBC candidates, the minimum aggregate percentage shall be 40%. Selection Criteria: Valid Score in CET (any state) or JEE paper 3 or NATA	4 Years
B.Des	Eligibility Criteria: Admission to the first year of the course shall be open to the students, who have passed the two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by the Karnataka State Pre-University Board (PUC)/ C.B.S.E/ ISC/NIOS/IGCSE/IB/Boards of other Indian States with any combination of subjects (such as conventional Arts/Commerce/Science) examination and obtained a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate. In the case of Karnataka SC, ST, and OBC candidates, the minimum aggregate percentage shall be 40%. The three-year Diploma in any branch as recognized by the Directorate of Technical Education shall also be eligible for admission. The students who have done a D.Voc program in the same or allied sector are also eligible to take admission. However, these candidates should have obtained a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate. In the case of Karnataka SC, ST, and OBC candidates, the minimum aggregate percentage shall be 40%.	4 Years
M.Plan	Eligibility Criteria: A candidate who has passed the qualifying examination or equivalent examination as prescribed by the Competent Authority and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks taken together in all the subjects of all the years/semesters of the Degree Examination is eligible for admission to M.Plan. program. 45% of marks in Q. E. in the case of SC, ST, and Category-I candidates. Reservation and concession in aggregate percentage is applicable only for Karnataka Candidates. Course-wise Eligibility: B.Plan or B.Arch or B.E/B.Tech. in Civil Engineering/Building Technology/Construction Technology/Environmental Engineering or M. A/M.Sc (Geography).	2 Years

NITTE School of Architecture, Planning and Design Scholarship

1. MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS
Eligibility: Indian nationals who have passed Class 12 in India with ≥80% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics in Class 12, are eligible for fee concession and charged tuition fees as noted below:

2. EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIPS
20 seats are earmarked for award of Excellence Scholarships and will be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Eligibility: Indian nationals who have passed Class 12 in India, with ≥80% marks in aggregate in PCM subjects on the First Attempt of the Class 12 exam (OR) Candidates who have passed the 10+3 Diploma Examination on the First Attempt with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate

AND
With a NATA score of 120 or more in the FIRST ATTEMPT of NATA 2025.

JEE-qualified candidates will be required to appear for NATA & fulfill the eligibility criteria for the Excellence scholarship
Selected students will pay a Tuition fee of Rs.100,000/- per annum under the Excellence Scholarship.
