Roorkee Institute of Technology Placements

Auditorium: The Institute provides a centralized air conditioned auditorium with well equipped technology. The auditorium is a multi-use concert hall with wonderful acoustics and a warm and welcoming ambience. It is a perfect venue for non-academic and academic events such as musical, dance and theatre performances, as well as lectures, conferences, videos respectively. The Auditorium has a seating capacity of 400 people with lighting and a full range of audiovisual equipment.
Cafeteria: The institute provides a cafeteria which is opened for 15 hours a day. It provides a wide range of cuisines including North-Indian, South-Indian, Continental, Chinese, Italian and a wide variety of beverages.
Library: The Institute provides an updated resource to serve the needs of the faculty, students and potential learners. It is well stocked with 33,000 good collections of books covering a wide area of disciplines like M.Tech, MBA, B.Tech etc. It has subscriptions to more than 100 international, national journals and magazines in fields of Technology, Management etc. The library further has 2500 reference books and subscriptions to 16 leading newspapers. E-Journal facility is also available in the library.
Healthcare Centre: First aid and elementary medical facilities are available in the hostel through a qualified and highly experienced MBBS doctor. In case of emergency, patient student is taken to the nearest medical practitioner / hospital for which a van is available at all hours in the campus and the local guardian of the student is immediately informed.
