Various UG, PG, and diploma courses are offered at CDOE. Diploma is offered for specializations like Communicative Skills in English, Foreign Languages, and Tourism, Financial, and Disaster Management. Certification courses are offered in Communication Skills in English; Computer Hardware and Network Technology; Goods and Service Tax; and Information Technology.

B.LIb.I.Sc.	1 year	Holding BA / B.Sc. / B.Com. with at least 50% of marks from any institution recognized by AMU. or Holding BA / B.Sc. / B.Com. Examination with at least 45% of marks with prior library experience of 5 years in a recognized library. or Holding BA / B.Sc. / B.Com. with at least 45% of marks with a PG degree in Second Division from this University or from any other recognized University / Institution.
M.Com.	2 years	Any candidate who has passed B.Com. from Aligarh Muslim University, or any other University or Institute in any state recognized by UGC or AICTE.

Centre for Distance Education AMU Aligarh Admission

All admission takes place primarily on merit-based and there is no need to secure any ranking in the entrance. The Application Processes are done offline as well as online.

Application Process

The application form is available online as well as offline. The application fees for all courses are placed at INR 300.
For online admission, one has to fill out the form and submit scanned copies of documents online. In case of offline admission, one has to submit 2 copies of the documents and 7 passport-size photographs along with the Application form.
The selection is done on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the previous qualifying exam as it was filled by the applicant.

Centre for Distance Education AMU Aligarh Placements

There is a dedicated training and placement cell for the students of CDOE doing the course in distance mode. The students are trained well to appear for placements and many companies like HCL, Wipro, Asian Paints and other MNCs visit every year. However, there is no particular recruitment drive conducted here.
