CMR Institute of Technology was established in 2005 under the aegis of the CMR Group of Institutions. It is one of the three colleges established by MGR Educational Society. CMRIT is a UGC Autonomous College, approved by the AICTE and accredited by NAAC with an ‘A’ grade and is also NBA accredited. It is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad.
