About Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management - [AITM]

Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management (AITM), Bhatkal was established in 1980 as a Muslim minority institution, and is currently positioned among the renowned technical institutions in Karnataka. AITM formerly known as Anjuman Engineering College is the prestigious unit of Anjuman Hami-E-Muslimeen (AHM) Bhatkal, a pioneering education trust founded in 1919, which manages more than 20 institutions, and is recognized as one of the premier educational organizations in South India.

Vision of the college is “To develop into a top class National Institution that imparts professional education with social and moral ethics”
Mission of the college is “To produce technically competent engineers with moral and professional ethics, who have a positive attitude & managerial skills to serve the country at large”
AITM is the only institution in North Canara, which offers Master of Business Administration (MBA) course of VTU
The departments of Civil and Mechanical engineering have been recognized as research centers under VTU
