The admission in LJIPT is done on the basis of merit through ACPMEC and Management Quota.

75% of the total seats are filled by the Admission Committee for Professional Medical Educational Courses (ACPMEC) Gandhinagar based on Merit List.
The remaining 25% is filled by the college through Management Quota.
