About J.J. College of Engineering and Technology - [JJCET]

J.J. College of Engineering and Technology (JJCET) was established in 1994 by J.J. Educational, Health & Charitable Trust. It is situated in Ammapettai, Tiruchirappalli in a sprawling area of more than 100 acres. The college has become one of the pioneering technical institutions in this part of the country. It offers nine undergraduate courses and ten postgraduate courses in the field of Engineering and Technology including MBA and MCA.

Library	The College library which is functioning under the open access system is having a total collection of 39,112 books. The approximate annual addition is about 1500 volumes The library is being subscribed to INDEST AICTE- CONSORTIUM and utilizing the E-resources
Hostel	There are four separate hostels for Boys and two separate hostels for Girls in the campus The Girls Hostels can accommodate 700 girls and boy’s hostels can accommodate 1500 students Separate messes are attached to the hostels providing quality and nutritious food in a hygienic environment
