About Poona College of Arts, Science and Commerce - [PCASC]

The Poona College of Arts, Science and Commerce came into existence in 1970 by a Philanthropic Charitable Trust dedicated to the noble cause of the orphans and the deprived. The institute was acknowledged by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) Bangalore in the year 2004 which awarded it the Prestigious ‘A’ grade. The college offers various UG and PG courses in diverse disciplines including Computer Science, Electronics, Organic Chemistry, Zoology, Economics, English, Urdu and Commerce. Apart from this, it also offers professional courses of B.B.A, B.C.A, B.Sc.(Computer Science) and M.Sc. (Computer Science). Poona College also offers B.Voc. courses in four disciplines. Admission to the courses offered will be done based on the candidate’s performance in the previous qualifying examination. The college has a placement cell that always provides guidance and assistance to the students for their final placement.
