About Lanka Mahavidyalaya

Lanka Mahavidyalayaa is a general degree college in Nagaon district in the state of Assam, founded in the year of 1979. The college is affiliated with Gauhati University and has a good reputation for being one of the best colleges in Nagaon for quality education at very affordable fees. The college is graded with a 'B' by NAAC accreditation for the second cycle in the winter of 2015.

The admission to the college is merit-based. There is no particular entrance test for admission. There are 6 courses from 6 streams namely Management, Arts, Commerce, Banking, IT and Vocational and 4 degrees, BBA, BCA, BA, and B.Com. Campus facilities include Computer Lab, Gym, Library, Medical Centre, Sports, Cafeteria, Auditorium, and Laboratories. Hostels are available for both girls and boys on the campus.
