About Sri Amman College of Education

Sri Amman College of Education was formed and managed by Sri Amman Educational and Charitable Trust. The college was started with the aim of providing good educational facilities to the people of the area, cater to the needs of the poor and to serve the society in general through charitable deeds. It has been promoted with the sole aim of imparting technical and managerial skills of high caliber to the students through the latest teaching methods. The college has been approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). It offers Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course to the students which combines practical training in teaching with theoretical and practical methods of teaching.

The college is equipped with latest facilities and excellent infrastructure in which Multipurpose Hall, Well Equipped Labs – Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Psychology and Educational Technology are available.
