ADTU Guwahati facilities and infrastructure are state-of-the-art, including specialized labs such as a medical simulation lab and a GAIT lab. The campus also offers sports facilities such as a Futsal ground, basketball court, cricket field, and football field for the students. ADTU has also forged international partnerships with prestigious universities and organizations, providing students with a diverse and multicultural learning environment.

ADTU also offers a plethora of extracurricular activities and student life opportunities. The university hosts a youth fest called “Attitude” an in-house social media app “Aconnect” and multi-cuisine in-campus canteens. Additional amenities such as digital libraries, in-house medical centers, an amphitheater, and a cinema hall are also available at the campus. The university encourages students to participate in research and innovation activities and provides them with resources and support to conduct research and support innovation and entrepreneurship.

The campus is spread across 50 Acre Eco-Friendly Green Campus and has various facilities like a 24/7 e-library, seamless Wi-Fi connectivity, digital classrooms, indoor and outdoor game zones, a swimming pool, an amphitheater, a cinema hall, and Faculty & Students Exchange Programme. Some of the facilities include:

• Library: The central library of the university is stretched over an area of 12,000 sq. ft. and consists of more than 20,000 books and national, and international journals.
• Hostel: Both boys’ and girls' hostels have been made available to students for their convenience. The seats need to be booked before the start of the semester.
• Laboratory: Well-equipped and technologically advanced laboratories have been established under the concerned departments to impart practical knowledge to the students.
