Fitness Centre: Bharathiar University provides facilities of fitness Centre to the students, staff and outsiders as well under the guidance of qualified fitness instructors. There is also a separate fitness Centre for women. The fitness Centre focuses on physical fitness, weight reduction and bodybuilding. The fitness centre is equipped with all the necessary facilities like treadmill bicycle ergometer rolling machine for developing aerobic fitness.

University Hospital: Hospital facilities are provided to the students staff & non teaching staff. For medical consultation the staff members and students are required to show their smart card to the medical officer and enter their details in a register provided in the health centre. Besides this, a full fledged upgraded medical campus with full time doctor service is also established with a new ambulance for emergency needs of the patients.

Bank: Bharathiar University also renders the service of Bank of India to the students. The bank offers services such as savings account, current account, foreign exchange Services and a multi branch banking system can be operated from 750 branches of Bank of India at the national level.
