Bhubaneswar College of Engineering (BCE) is a private engineering college located in Khurda district of Odisha. The college is affiliated with Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) and approved by AICTE, New Delhi

• College offers four year B. Tech program in five disciplines with an approved intake of 300 students
• College organizes conferences, seminars and workshops for students and provides career counseling and guidance for placements
• CSIR-IMMT has signed a MoU with Bhubaneswar College of Engineering for opening a demonstration center in the college premises

Facilities: BCE provides following facilities to the students-

• Library- BCE library has a rich collection of  books, periodicals, newspapers, manuscripts, films, maps, prints, documents, microform, CDs, cassettes, videotapes, DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, e-books, audiobooks, databases, and other formats for engineering students
• Hostel- The institute has separate hostels for boys and girls. Both the hostels are well protected and have well-furnished dining and canteen with 24 hours water and power supply.
• Laboratories have been designed, furnished and equipped with expertise.
• Computer system has been provided and set up by Hewlet Packard and L2 MBPS lease line connectivity through optical fiber has been installed through BSNL
• BCE provides transport facility for all students and staffs. BCE buses pick and drop students along major routes of Bhubaneswar city, Cuttack, Khurda, Balugaon, Ranapur and Nayagarh

Events: BCE organizes following extracurricular and curricular activities throughout the academic year-

• BCESANSH- It is the annual cultural festival of the college
• Robotics- It is the technical event organized by BCE students
