Admissions at Chebrolu Hanumaiah Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences is offered on the basis of ranks scored in APEAMCET and NEET and also on the basis of management quota for the undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Ph.D. courses are only offered on the basis of marks scored in the previous examination.

- Candidates have to send the application form to the address, “College office, Chebrolu Hanumaiah Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chandramoulipuram, Chowdavaram, Guntur-19 along with DD of Rs 1000/- and xerox copies of SSC or its equivalent certificate, Marksheet of Intermediate or its equivalent certificate, NEET examination hall ticket & rank card, EAMCET examination hall and rank card, Intermediate transfer certificate and study certificates of last seven years.
- After the application process is completed, the college contacts the students who are given admission. Candidates then have to visit the college for document verification.
