The century-old College of Agriculture, Pune, is one of the 1st 5 agriculture colleges founded in India. The college has a history, as old and as rich as the city, Pune: the land of Peshwas, itself. 

The college offered UG/PG courses in (Horticulture/Forestry/Agricultural Engineering/Food Technology/ Community Science /Agricultural Biotechnology/Animal Husbandry), 

PhD in metrology, and MBA in agriculture.

Eligibility: Should have scored minimum 5.5 CGPA for General category and 5.0 for backward category, in respective/equivalent 4 years degree examination.

M. Tech.  Duration: 2 years

CAAS Pune Admissions 

The Admission process is solely based on the merit list prepared by the college. The merit list for UG is calculated by 70%of total marks in the respective group(PCM/PCB), and 30% total marks of CET/12th science and other weightage. The merit list for PG is decided through 70%of marks in CET by MAUEB and 30% of CGPA in 4 years graduation examination and weightage if any(sports/NCC etc). 

Candidates hail from outside of Maharashtra, are not eligible for MHT-CET exam. Hence marks of NEET/JEE/AIEEA-UG will be considered.

  • Candidates can send only one application form online.
