CTM-IRTE, Haryana was established in the year of 1991 and is the product of 31 years of extensive research and studies across the country. CTM is the only single umbrella facility for training and research in all domains of traffic management. It is a leading Science college in Faridabad affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak for Postgraduate courses. All the relevant programs are approved by the Department of Higher Education, Haryana. It offers 2 different courses across the science stream. The College has six departments within its campus: the Department of Traffic Engineering, Department of Law, Department of Traffic Enforcement, Department of Forensic Science, Department of Public Health for Road Safety, and the Department of Driver Training & Road Safety Education.
