The college is affiliated to the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot and approved by the Government of Punjab, Chandigarh. It is offering Degree courses in Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Master of Physiotherapy in the field of Orthopedic, Sports and Cardiopulmonary. The mission of the college is to impart quality medical education among the students who come from rural and urban areas.

It has its own 100 bedded Super – Specialty Hospital, Cardiac Center, Operation theatres, X-Ray machines, Dialysis Unit, Endoscopy Unit, Clinical Laboratories which are very well equipped with ultra-modern facilities
