DMI College of Education, Chennai is the pioneer college in the field of teacher education. It imparts full time one year B.Ed. The college is functioning under the management of The Society of Daughters of Mary Immaculate. It was set up with an objective of providing high quality education to the aspirants. DMI College of Education has equipped itself with all the necessary facilities.

50% of the students are admitted in the college through quota system and remaining half of the seats is filled in by the management keeping the eligibility criteria in view.
