IMU Kolkata Admission

Admission to UG and PG courses is done on the basis of cut-off in IMU-CET entrance examination conducted by the university. Admission criteria for B.Tech. Marine Engineering is minimum of 60% marks in PCM and minimum of 50% in English in 10+2 and have qualified IMU-CET. Admission criteria for M.Tech. Marine Engineering and Management is 60% marks in BE/B.Tech. in Marine Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Naval Architecture and have qualified IMU-CET. Admission criteria for MBA International Transportation & Logistics Management is 50% marks in graduation and qualified IMU-CET. Admission into other short-term courses will be based on the strict technical capabilities of the candidates as mandated by the university from time to time. 

The admission application process is entirely online. 

Application Procedure: 

• Go to the official site of the university at www.imu.edu.in.
• Fill the online application for the desired courses and upload the document scan copies if needed.
• Register yourself to the entrance exam if it is needed separately.
• Appear for IMU-CET.
• If selected, submit the documents for verification and pay the fees.
