IIL Indore Admissions 2024

Indore Institute of Law has both merit and entrance based selection for undergraduate and postgraduate students respectively.
A student’s performance in 10+2 examinations, undergraduate study and entrance exam will be considered during admissions.
The ILLET exam conducted by the institute and other national exams like CLAT/LSAT will be considered for UG admissions.
PG admissions are done on the basis of performance in undergraduate study.
The final list for the selected students is posted either on the college website or the campus notice board.

How to apply?

Application procedure begins once the institute has released the registration dates (usually the end of February).
Applicants have to register themselves on the student’s corner to avail all the e-resources facility.
Applicants need to fill all the details like personal information, educational information, stream requirements and many more.
Pay INR 1100 as the registration and entrance exam charges using online payment options.
Upload passport size photographs.
Take hard copies of required documents to the campus (self attested).
Admission committee posts the final list of selected students on campus notice board and these students are e-mailed to pay their admission fees.

IIL Indore Placements

Indore Institute of Law has an excellent record of placement of students in reputed firms and managing their students’ relation with the companies. Every year more than 32+ companies conduct their recruitment program on the campus and recruit more than 220 students.

Undergraduate placements- In 2019, 214 students were recruited with an average salary package of 6-7lakhs p.a. and the highest package was recorded around 9lakhs per annum by companies like Trilegal, Tata Motors, ONGC and many more.
Post graduate placements- Companies like Indian Oil, Bharti Infratel Limited, Jaypee Group and Kotak Mahindra Bank visited the campus last year and around135 students were recruited under masters of legislative law. The average package was about 5-8lakhs p.a. and the highest package was 8.5 lakhs p.a.

IIL Indore Scholarship

Indore Institute of Law has multiple scholarships options for the students with good grades and reserved categories.

IILET Scholarship- This scholarship meant for the undergraduate students who have appeared for the IILET exam. Students who get division 1 scores will be given concession of INR 30,000/- who apply before 15th and INR 15,000/- who apply after 15th.
Meritorious Scholarship- Students securing 90.5% and above in 10+2 examinations are given a 20% tuition fee concession and students who score 85.5%-90% in 10+2 examinations are awarded a 15% concession.
Sports Scholarship- Applicants who have represented the country in national and international sports events will be given a 10% fee concession.
Physically Challenged Scholarship- As per person with disability act, the students with any physical disability will be given 10% fee concession.

IIL Indore Facilities and Hostel

Indore Institute of Law has all the basic amenities for a law student along with the facilities like Conference hall, seminar hall, cafeteria, moot court, library etc. to male learning a fun process.

Hostel Facility: There is a separate boys and girls hostel for the students outside Madhya Pradesh. AC and Non- AC rooms are available in double and triple sharing.
Society Chamber: A sound proof room has been inaugurated by the institute to hold all the meetings and workshops.
Library: The library section of IIL is one of the biggest law book compartments having more than 13,000 general volumes and 1800 reference books.
Computer Lab: Every student has access to internet facility through the computer lab. More than 100 computer systems have been installed till now along with strong Wi-Fi.
Cafeteria: The college canteen has the best food for its students at cheap rates. Playground: Basketball court, tennis court, cricket training nets and football ground are established. All the courts have mat flooring and the water and food facilities are provided.
Seminar room:This area has been set up to conduct seminars when society chamber and conference room are occupied.It has a seating capacity of 170 people along with well furnished floor and furniture.

Ques. What are the hostel timings?

Ans. The hostel is meant for both day scholars and night scholars and they both have different entry and exit timings.The day scholars can enter the hostel premises last by 8pm and for night scholars they can stay out till 9 am. You need to give an advance application to the hostel in charge regarding the reason of being late than 8pm and 9 am respectively.

Ques. Is there a sports quota for admissions?

Ans. Yes the sports quota is available for the students who either have a national or international appearance in sports events. No seats will be allocated to the applicants, only 10% fee concession will be provided. You need to attach the certificates of appreciation along with other admission documents.

Ques. What is the fee structure for BBA LLB (Hons.)?

Ans. The total fee for BBA LLB (Hons) for the first year is INR 2,43,000 per annum and the tuition fee for BBA LLB (Hons) Global is INR 3,95,000 which includes various expenses like student activity fee, admission form fees, and research & library fees. The library & research fees along with admission form fees are non-refundable and one time charges. You can check for fees concession details on the ILL website.

Ques. Are there any summer internships offered?

Ans. Yes, various law firms recruit students for pre placement offers for 3-4 months. A NOC is provided to selected students for leaves during exams and short breaks for college work. Companies like LLP, PINAKIN firm, Ambroz, UKY and many more.

Ques. Do only law firms visit the campus for job recruitment?

Ans. Companies like Kotak Mahindra Bank, Indian Oil, Wips, ONGC, Bharti Infratel and many other multinational companies have recruited students with an average package of 6-7 lakhs p.a. and highest package of 13 lakhs p.a. in 2018.
