Specialization: Food Production and Patisserie
Eligibility: Passed 10th or its equivalent from a recognized board.
Duration: 1½ years

The admission is done through online mode. Following is a brief about the same:

B.Sc Hospitality & Hotel Administration: Apply through NCHM JEE.
Certificate Course in Food Production: Direct admission as per eligibility.

How to Apply?

Visit the official website of NHCM JEE and fill all the details on the application form carefully. Candidates have to upload the scanned image of a recent photograph via online mode. The Application fee is INR 900 (GEN or OBC) and INR 450 (SC/ST/PD). Pay the fee through online mode using Credit/ Debit Card, UPI, Paytm and Netbanking.

Training Kitchen: The IHM has five full-fledged training kitchens and bakeries. The kitchens are planned by professional chefs considering all aspects of students and instructor accessibility along with the present professional hotel kitchens.

Bakery and Confectionery: Bakery and Confectionery Laboratories are equipped according to the international standards keeping in mind the student needs for skill development.

Housekeeping: Housekeeping department equipped with the latest machines and tools, laundry machines and flower decorating section. The department is attached to a Model-Guest Room for students' practice.

Lecture Halls: IHM Shri Shakti has state of the art 16 techno smart and spacious air-conditioned classrooms, fitted with high tech learning aides such as Projectors, Public Address System, Collar Mikes and Wi-Fi facility.

Ans. NCHM JEE Admit card will not be delivered to candidates via courier or post services. The admit cards will be available online on the official website. Candidates are advised to download two copies of NCHMCT Admit Card because one has to be self-attested and deposited to the invigilator for his/ her signature. It will be preserved and which will be required during counseling procedure and the other one has to be carried along on the date of the examination.
