Islamia Teachers' Training (B.Ed.) College,  Phulwari  Patna, Bihar (Estd. 1986) is a Co-Educational Muslim-Minority Institution, managed and administered by "EDARA FLAHUL MUSLEMEEN", Phulwari Sharif,  Patna.lt is a body duly registered by the Bihar Govt. under Societies Registration Act.21, 1860. This college was accorded permanent recognition by the Govt. of Bihar vide their letter no. 93 dated 05.03.94 and running under Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Gaya (Bihar). The college is recognised by National Council for Teachers Education, ERC, Bhubaneswar vide their letter no. ERC/7-58.4.1/2005/2352, dated 20.07.05. "Edara  Flahu l Muslemeen" since its inception has been taking keen interest in the field of education. This degree is meant for future educators and education administrators. Subjects usually studied under this degree are Principles of Education, Fundamentals of Teaching, Educational Psychology, Sociology of Education, Guidance & Counselling , Educational Evaluation, Curriculum & Instruction etc.
