Karwar Institute of Medical Sciences Admission 2024
Admission to Karwar Institute of Medical Sciences is based on the scores obtained in NEET UG and NEET PG. For admission to the MBBS program candidates need 50% marks in PCBE in 10+2, while reserved category candidates need 45% marks in 10+2 for admission into the MBBS program via NEET UG. 55% marks in MBBS + 1 year of compulsory rotatory internship are required for admission to the MD/MS program.
In the MBBS program at Karwar Institute of Medical Sciences, out of 150 seats, 15% of seats are reserved for All India Quota, whereas 85% are reserved for the State Quota. NEET UG scores are accepted for admission to the MBBS program. MCC conducts counselling for AIQ or All India Quota seats, while KEA conducts counselling for State Quota seats. Candidates need to register on the NTA website i.e. nta.ac.in. and upload all the documents asked.
