• Personality Development Program: To develop the overall personality of the girl students so that they are not less than the boys in any way, the institute has an entirely planned character development program which improves communication skills of the students both in English and Hindi. It also conducts various workshops in Body Language, Yoga, Leadership and Entrepreneurial Qualities, and Social community interaction. It also guides and counsels them on various issues.
• Numerous Awards won by the students: The girls have not just brought laurels to the institute in academics, but they have done amazingly well in co-curricular activities too. A junior level student won the 31^st National Shooting Ball Championship in 2012-13 in UP as a player in Shooting Ball. Then, time and again a number of girls have won district, state, and national level awards in games like volleyball, etc.
