Admission to the BE program is done on the basis of the scores obtained in MHT-CET or JEE Main. The candidates who are looking for lateral entry into the second year of BE program must have passed B.Sc. or Diploma in the required subjects. Admission to the ME program is done on the basis of the scores obtained at the national level GATE entrance examination. Eligibility for sponsored candidates is to have a minimum of two-year full-time work experience in a registered company. Candidates must ensure all the eligibility conditions before applying for any of the programs.

How to Apply?

Vidya Pratishthan’s Kamalnayan Bajaj Institute of Engineering and Technology offers an only online application for admission in B.E. and M.E. programs. The application process is common to both the courses:

• The registration form can be downloaded from the college website.
• Fill the form in a prescribed format and pay online INR 350 via credit card/debit card/net banking.
• Application fees can also be paid using a demand draft paid offline via bank challan or NEFT transaction in any Branch of Bank of Maharashtra in the favor of

• Attach the self-attested photocopies of the required documents for the verification of eligibility.

Guidelines for Admissions

Once the student is selected for admission after passing all the eligibility and selection criteria, he/ she must complete the admission process with the submission of all the required documents and payment of the fees for the first year.

The students must follow the given guidelines to complete the admission process: 

• Students’ login ID and password in PDF form is available on the VPKBIET regular admission portal. 
• Certify the admission form from the concerned department.
• The payment of fees should be made online/ NEFT/ Demand Draft(DD)/ Bank transfer only. Avoid the use of a Debit card or Credit card. (Fees to be paid as per the fee structure of the concerned course, without any installments).
• After the payment of the fee is completed, the students may collect the admission fee receipt from the cashier window.
