About Indian Institute of Remote Sensing - [IIRS]

Indian Institute of Remote Sensing formerly known as Indian Photo-interpretation Institute (IPI) is a training and education arm of the Indian Department of Science. The institute offers research, higher education, and training in the field of Remote Sensing, Geoinformatics and Environmental and Disaster Management, GPS Technology for Natural Resources.
