About Secondary Training College

Secondary Training College, Mumbai, Maharashtra was established in 1906. The college affiliated to University of Mumbai and recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college is the pioneer in evolving teacher training methodology & new techniques of teaching in then Bombay Presidency and at present in Maharashtra State.

At present the college is run by Directorate of Higher Education Pune under the leadreship of Department of Higher Education Manatralaya, Mumbai.
