Bakery: The students are given practical training in bakery and confectionery. They learn the finer nuances of cake decorations, confectionery and bakery products.
Basic Training Kitchen: This kitchen imparts basic practical knowledge to the first year students who are relatively fresh to the course. The kitchen is designed in such a manner that each student gets the opportunity of hands-on training for the menu under the guidance of the dedicated faculty.
Food and Beverage Service Department: The department offers an array of food and beverage studies. Course instruction includes hands-on laboratory experience and extensive interaction with the food and beverage industry.

Ans. Yes, international candidates can apply for the courses offered at AISSMS CHMCT. These students will have to route the admission through the University of Pune. The admission process at the University level starts in the month of March every year.

Ans. Yes, AISSMS CHMCT does provide scholarships for the students. The objective of the Scheme is to provide financial assistance to the Economically Backward Class who are admitted to the 4 year degree course through Centralized Admission Process (CAP). The benefits are 50% of Tuition Fees and 50% of Exam Fee.
