YMCA University of Science and Technology (YMCA UST) is presently known as J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology.YMCA University of Science and Technology (YMCA UST) was established in 1969. YMCA UST has been recognized by the University Grants Commission. It is located in Faridabad, Haryana. YMCA UST has been approved by AICTE. It has been accredited by NAAC.

YMCA UST as a joint venture of the National Council Of YMCAs of India, Govt. of Haryana, and the Central Agencies for Development Aid, Bonn, Germany. It started as an Indo-German project aiming to impart technical education to India on a German pattern. YMCA UST offers various undergraduate and post-graduate programmes. Course	Eligibility
BTech (Bachelor of Technology) (Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, and Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Electrical Engineering)	Completion of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects and minimum 50% marks followed by a valid JEE Mains Score.
B.Sc (Bachelor of Science) (Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics)	Completion of 10+2 with Physics, Maths, and Chemistry with minimum 50% marks.
BBA(Bachelor of Business Administration)	Completion of 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks.
BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)	Completion of 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% marks.

Post-graduate Courses

Course	Eligibility
M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Power systems and Power Electronics, VLSI Design, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering	Minimum 50% marks in B.E. / B.Tech in relevant discipline followed by a valid GATE score.
M.Sc (Master of Science)	B.Sc./B.Sc. (Hons.) with 50% marks in aggregate followed by an entrance exam conducted by the university.
MCA (Master of Computer applications )	Bachelor’s with Mathematics/Statistics at 10+2 level followed by an entrance test conducted by the university.
Master of Arts (MA) Journalism and Mass Communication	Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline/ Graduate in any discipline with 50% marks.
MBA (Master of Business Administration)	Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks followed by an entrance exam conducted by the University.

The placement cell at YMCA UST aims to provide its students with adequate employment opportunities and world-class training in leading organizations.Industrial training is provided to the students for one semester which is useful in giving them an on-hand experience. The institute completed its 2021 placement drive & a total of 464 students were placed by reputed recruiters. Students bagged the highest CTC of INR 29.90 LPA. The highest number of students were placed by Cognizant Technology Solutions Noida followed by Tata Consultancy Services Gurgaon.
