Tezpur University is a central University, located in the North-Eastern state of Assam, India. Established in 1994, the university is recognized by the UGC and accredited with an A grade by the NAAC. Tezpur University is ranked 69^th under the university category & 93^rd in the management category by NIRF 2023 and has placed at 351-400 in QS Asian University Rankings 2023. The university comprises 27 departments and 4 schools such as the School of Sciences, School of Management Sciences, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, and School of Engineering.
