About Vidarbha Institute of Technology

The Vidarbha Institute of Technology (VIT), Nagpur was established in 2009. It is a self-financed college. The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, & Government of Maharashtra and affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU), Nagpur. The college offers four year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), two years Master of Technology (M.Tech) and three years Diploma course in Engineering.

VIT is a unique science and engineering institution located in the fast growing metropolis of Nagpur. The Institute was founded on the twin beliefs of harnessing students' latent abilities. VIT facilities have been designed to be student friendly and to facilitate activity based learning and providing superior student faculty interaction for better education outcomes.
