GBPIT Delhi Admission 2024

G.B. Pant Institute of Technology admissions are done on the basis of merit ranking in the Directorate of Training and Technical Education Common Entrance test. This test is conducted every year. All eligible candidates are given admission on the basis of merit ranking.

For admission in Advanced Diploma will be based on the inter-se merit ranking in the AAEE. Meritorious candidates have to appear for counselling sessions. Candidates have to provide all requisite documents for the admission rounds.

G.B. Pant Institute of Technology conducts regular placement activities for passing students from the college. Apart from technical education, the Institute also conducts workshops on various current technologies. GBPIT Delhi Scholarship

GB Pant Institute of Technology provides scholarships, concessions or permits to the students.

Students from SC/ST category are given SC/ST scholarship and study aid.
The institute also gives tuition fee concession to girl students.
Students are provided concessional bus passes through the Delhi Transport corporation.
All meritorious students are awarded scholarships for the last 10 months of the final year of education.
- The college provides Merit scholarship if they have gained 80% or above marks in the previous years’ examination.
- The college provides Merit-cum-Means scholarship if they have gained 70% to 79.99% marks in the previous years’ examination.

Wi-Fi: The campus is completely covered with wi-fi. The students are able to access the internet on the given computers as well as on their personal devices.
EDUSAT: The institute connects with the EDUSAT satellite of India to connect with experts across India. The institute is a Satellite Interactive Terminal (SIT) for the satellite. Also, the students can attend to experts at different parts of the country one after the other. This removes the limitation of unavailability of experts due to geographical difficulties.
Library: Established in 1963, the library provides a total of 50,000 documents.There are various journals from the industry, 24 magazines, 9 newspapers, 10296 titles, 52596 books. Students can avail up to 3 books for 15 days.
Some of the other facilities given by the college are canteen, solar power and Sports.
