Hindusthan Institute of Technology Coimbatore Placements
HITECH has a placement cell popularly known as Corporate Relations Cell which is responsible for arranging final placements and summer internships for the students. Aptitude tests, GD, mock Interviews, etc. are regularly conducted in the college so that the students get an idea of the actual recruitment process and prepare well in advance. The college has a great placement record with students getting placed in various positions in Multinationals, Corporates, PSUs, etc.
In 2018, a total of 305 students were placed on campus compared to 377 students placed in 2017.Some of the major recuiters were Amazon, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, etc

Hindusthan Institute of Technology Faculty
The faculty of HITECH Coimbatore is highly qualified and is an expert in teaching in their respective subjects. Each Department has its head and other teaching faculty at the positions of Associate and Assistant professors. The College is headed by Dr. C. Natarajan as Principle of the college. He has completed his BE, ME and PhD from highly reputed colleges and has a teaching experience of more than 22 years. At present, the institute has around 184 teaching faculty and 49 technical and supporting staff.

HITECH Coimbatore offers its students all the basic facilities so that they have excess to all infrastructural and educational technologies. The facilities available are:
- Knowledge Centre: The College has an excellent library that contains more than 23,589 volumes of books, 1411 journals (national and international). Having a total seating arrangement of 100 students, it also offers networking facilities in its Digital library. It is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- Hostel: Separate boys and girls hostels are available in the college with all the basic amenities so that the students feel like home. The mess food is also very healthy and nutritious. For security purposes, hostel wardens are always present in the hostel.
- Laboratories: The College has twelve world-class computer laboratories across campus featuring over seven hundred computer systems. Each department has its own labs and all the softwares is available to students including facilities like printing machines.
- Cafeteria: The College has a well-maintained and clean cafeteria which serves food of all kinds. It also offers separate common rooms for girls, boys and staff to relax during free time.
- Sports facilities: The College promotes sports for its students as it provides playing fields and courts for all sports like Basketball, Ball Badminton, Cricket, Football, Handball, Hockey, Kabaddi, Kho – Kho, Tennis, Volleyball and Athletics. The physical education department keeps organizing zonal, state and National level sports events in the college.
