Online Mode

• Step 1: Visit the official website of the college and click on the top right corner of the home page for the application form.
• Step 2: Download the application form or register online.
• Step 3: Fill the application form with all the required details.
• Step 4: Upload your recent passport size photograph (size less than 500 KB).
• Step 5: Pay the application fee online via Net Transfer/ Credit/ Debit Card.

Offline Mode

• Step 1: Fill the downloaded printout of the application form.
• Step 2: Attach a passport size photograph and sign it.
• Step 3: Pay the application fee via Demand Draft or pay through the online mode via PayU Gateway.
• Step 4: Send the duly filled form along with all the required documents and DD of INR 500 to the following address:
