For the same a special well furnished language laboratory has been set up. Here the students are trained and polished on their language skills. They are even taught some of the foreign languages. Soft skill development is the primary key to success for each and every management candidate. In order to improve the communication skill of the students, well furnished language laboratory is also in place for this purpose. Training in Foreign languages is also available.

Strong associations: Akshaya Institute of Management Studies has established Business Incubation Center that in collaboration and association with business communities will develop and solve real case studies. With Management Skills Development Program, the college will groom business leader s by conducting career development workshops.  The institute has tied up with Auzi IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. that will facilitate web based learning for students. Lastly, the college is an academic member of All India Management Association.
