Arunai Engineering College is providing every facility to its students so that the students will feel comfortable, safe, and easy during their studies. Following are the facilities:

• Hostel: College is providing hostel facilities to both males and females. College is providing “Kalaingnar Men hostel” to first-year students,” Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Hostel” to second-year students and “New Men hostel” to third-year students. To girls, they are providing a private and secure hostel named “Mother Teresa Women’s Hostel”.
• Library: The library is open to all students and staff members on all working days. The library consists of around 40,000+ textbooks, reference books, national and international journals in all branches of Engineering, Science, Technology, management, and General Studies and the collection keeps increasing. The library regularly receives Newsletters, journals from the reputed organizations and societies, and provides the latest information to all.
• IT Infrastructure: College has around 1000+ computer systems connected as a LAN providing internet to all laboratories of all the departments of the college.
• Convenience store: There are general stores for daily materials and also provides stationery shops so that students need not go anywhere to buy things.
• Bank Facilities: College has Indian Bank inside their campus and the bank is providing 24 Hours ATM services to them. A lot of students have their bank accounts for monetary transactions.
• Sports: Sports facilities consist of both indoor and outdoor games. There are well-groomed big playgrounds for cricket, football, basketball, tennis and so on and also has indoor fields for badminton, Table tennis, Chess and Gym for both boys and girls.
• Health and Medical Facilities: The health centre provides quality health care in a comfortable and confidential environment. It is backed by a medical officer and a health assistant to provide good quality services to students, staff, and faculty at no cost. Also, yearly check-ups and vaccinations are provided.
• Transport: College is providing various buses to their students and staff for transportation and accommodation.
• Cafeteria:  There is a canteen facility for students and staff both which is serving good quality food.
• Wi-Fi: College is providing full access to Wi-Fi to their students with a limited number of access points.
