For B.Tech, candidates must have 45% marks in 10+2 with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects to be eligible.
Admission to the B.Tech course will be done through REAP counselling process on the basis of performance in the JEE Main
Candidates applying for M.Tech must have a B.Tech degree with 50% marks to be eligible for admission.
M.Tech admission is also done through valid scores in GATE.
