Chhattisgarh Institute of Technology, Rajnandgao, is the first engineering institute to be established in Rajnandgao. CIT, Rajnandgao was established in the year 2004 by Shri Siddhi Vinayak Trust. CIT has been known for its III program which is Industry-Institution Interaction program under which has acquired Memorandum of Understanding with industrial estate at Bhilai and industry at URLA, thus providing technical experience to its students along with theoretical knowledge and challenges faced in real industries.
