College of Teacher Education (PGT) provides the teacher training programmes for both pre-service and in-service teachers at secondary level .It is first ever teacher training institutes of shillong state. The primary focus of the college is to develop professionally excellent, compassionate teachers, who will be the torch bearers of society and civilization.
