Admission is fully based on the merit of qualifying examination. Merit list is released by the institute according to which admissions are processed. Admissions are done under the guidelines of director General Higher Education,Haryana. Application form for the admission is accepted via online mode.

Fateh Chand College For Women Scholarship
The college offers various scholarship schemes for students from Reserved categories or those belonging to economically weaker sections. Given below are few scholarships available to students:
- Post matric scholarship for SC/ST - Under this scheme SC/ST students with annual family income less than INR 250000 can apply and win scholarships upto INR 300 per month after 10th class.
- Central Sector Scheme - This scheme is run by the Central Government. Candidates who have scored more than 80% marks in the 12th and having parental annual income less than 8 lakhs , can get upto INR 10000 per month as scholarship.

- Canteen - The college has a canteen which serves nutritious and good quality food at a reasonable price.
- Hostel - The college has hostel facilities for upto 380 students. The hostel is equipped with mess. The hostel has a total of 146 rooms with common dining rooms, prayer rooms and other facilities like generator, electric and solar geysers,fans,furniture (Bed with mattress),TV, desert cooler, internet facility, inverter, automatic washing machine, water coolers fitted with R.O.
- Library - There are more than 40600 books available on different subjects. It provides 76 monthly magazines, 18 Journals and 18 daily newspapers regularly to its readers.
- Sports - The institute has a sports ground and facilities for basketball, football, cricket, yoga, boxing & wrestling, shooting, archery, gymnastics, NCC.
- Laboratories - The college has for Science streams, Music, Home Science, Computer labs etc.
