About Glocal University

Glocal University (GU) is a well-known private and coeducational institution established in 2012 at Saharanpur. It is a non-profit deemed educational organisation mentored by the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act 2021 and recognised by University Grants Commission. The university has been ranked 397th amongst India’s top universities by the uniRank online ranking portal.

The university, which is home to six significant schools, has more than 35 courses to pursue undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma and doctorate programmes. Glocal University Scholarships

The university offers two scholarships which are the Glocal Scholarship Policy and Glocal Scholarship Test.

Glocal Scholarship Policy: This scholarship is exclusive for students of BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Tech, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, BSc (Biotechnology, Microbiology), MSc (Biotechnology). The scholarship is provided to students on the basis of the percentage scored. It offers a fifty per cent discount in tuition fees to students who have scored equivalent or more than eighty per cent marks, while a thirty per cent discount to students scoring in the range of sixty to eighty per cent. Further, it also gives a twenty per cent discount to female students.
Glocal Scholarship Test: It is an online entrance examination organised by Glocal University at the national level. It is conducted to examine the candidates if they are worthy of merit-based scholarships in several programmes like BTech, diploma in engineering, BSc in Paramedical Sciences, diploma in Paramedical Sciences, BCA, BBA, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, B.Sc Biotechnology, B.Sc Microbiology and B.Sc Medical Lab Technology.

How do you avail scholarships?

Candidates have to register themselves at the administration office and apply as per the university’s instructions.
