Kannur University Distance Education Application Process

Candidates who are willing to take admission into the university must fill the application form online.

• Further candidates have to submit the application form along with the documents required to the office of the Director, School of Distance Education, Kannur University, Thavakkara, Civil Station P O – 670002. 
• The application form is available online on the university website. Candidates should make sure that the application form must be filled completely and carefully. 
• Candidates can either pay fees online through Net banking, debit/credit card or through challans in Treasury [Head of Account 8658-00-102-96(27) KUS] or In SBI [Head of Account 109-010] Or DD in favour of Finance Officer, payable at SBI, South Bazar Branch, Kannur (only for applicants outside Kerala).

How to fill Kannur University Online Registration form Online Process?

• Go to the official website of Kannur University Distance Education.
• Apply by clicking on the apply online.
• Create username and password by Email Id or phone number.
• After logging in. Fill in all the essential information required.
• Upload all documents.
• Application fee pay by Credit/Debit card or Net Banking.
• Check Preview your application form.
• Save and Print the Application Form.

Offline Process

•  Visit the Kannur University Distance Education office.
•  Buy the University Prospectus.
• The Prospectus has an Application Form attached to it.
• Read the instructions given and fill in the required information.
• Make the Demand Draft.
• Send that Application Form to the Center with documents.

After the application form submission: The candidates have to do the following things after the application form submission:

• Take the printout of the application form and it is to be submitted to the University with all necessary documents on or before the last date.
• The candidate’s photograph printed in the application form is to be attested by a Gazetted Officer.

Documents Required:

• The printout of the online application (photo self-attested)
• Chalan (original)
• Transfer Certificate (original)
• One passport size photograph (same Photo which is uploaded in the application)
• Equivalency / Eligibility certificate issued by Kannur University is to be produced in the case of courses other than HSC /SSE/CBSE and ICSE.
• Certificate of cancellation of registration in the case of candidates who registered for another degree programme under this University / Other Universities/ Institutions and thereafter discontinued the programme
• Community Certificate in the case of candidates who claim relaxation in minimum marks prescribed for admission.
