KLE Society's Science & Commerce College Campus Facilities

The campus of KLE Society's Science & Commerce College is very big, technology-driven, growth-oriented, and positive. Its location further provides abundant opportunities to students for apprenticeship, networking, and jobs as MNCs have their head offices/branches across the city. Following are some of the key infrastructure amenities the college has for all its stakeholders. 

Hi-Tech Classrooms: The institution has established ultra-modern, spacious, and well-ventilated lecture halls on its campus to allow teachers to smoothly conduct classes using PPT, PDFs, and pre-recorded Animated Videos. All classrooms are equipped with LCD Projectors, latest ICT resources, Internet, and audio-video devices. 

Computer Labs: To make students digitally proficient, and help them in the timely completion of research work, and projects, a full-fledged Computer Lab has been developed on the college’s campus. The latest computer systems with the required software are installed here and are connected via high-speed internet. Other facilities available here are Scanners, Printers, Projectors, and Table-Chairs. Teachers also use this lab to do online research and enhance their knowledge.

Canteen: An aesthetic Cafeteria also exists on the KLE campus to provide a delicious, freshly prepared, and diverse range of meals, and snacks to both students and staff members at a reasonable price. All food items are prepared in extremely hygienic conditions and under the supervision of experts. Students also come here to have informal chit-chat with their classmates and seniors. 

Medical and Transportation: To deal with any kind of health emergency, the institute has a dedicated medical room where first-aid facilities are available for both students and staff members. They can also avail the doctor consultations as and when needed. And a fleet of buses is there for the pickup and drop off of students and staff people from nearby locations of Navi Mumbai. These buses are driven by well-trained Drivers.

Library: To enhance everyone’s subject knowledge with additional learning resources and instill much-needed reading habits in students, a well-developed Central Library has been established in the college. It is home to a vast collection of 15241 Textbooks and 1371 Reference Books, 1532 Donated Books, 1910 Junior College Books, 27 journals, CDs/DVDs, research papers, previous year papers, and newspapers. Reference Service, Document Delivery Service, Current Awareness Service, Inter Library Loan Service, Electronic Information Service, Photocopy Service, and Book Bank Service are available here. UGC Inflibnet's new version of LMS software SOUL 3.0 is used to manage library operations.

Sports: To keep students physically fit and mentally healthy so that they can focus on their studies and grow on both personal and professional levels, the college has developed enough indoor facilities and big playgrounds for students to enjoy various kinds of indoor and outdoor sports activities like Badminton, Table Tennis, Carom and Chess, Basketball, Volleyball, Kho-kho, and Kabaddi.

Auditorium: A cutting-edge, and futuristic Auditorium also exists on the college campus and is primarily used during events such as guest lectures, workshops, webinars, seminars, and training programs. This auditorium has all the facilities including a public speaking system, projectors, internet connectivity, audio-video systems, etc. 

Communication Center and Security: A Communication Center has been built in college to improve the soft and hard communication skills of students, and help them connect with large audiences without any fear. To ensure everyone’s security, CCTV cameras are installed all over the campus. Security guards further do the rounds to monitor daily activities and movement of people.
