KLE VK Institute of Dental Sciences, also known as KLE Society’s Dental College & Hospital, is one of the premier private dental institutes established in 1985. It is amongst the nine healthcare educational institutions set up by the KLE society. The college is located in Belgaum, Karnataka, within a sprawling 113-acre area of the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College. KLE VK Institute of Dental Sciences was earlier affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. Later, in 2006, it was affiliated with the KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research (KAHER). The college was approved by the Dental Council of India and accredited by NAAC. It has been ranked 29th and 50th best dental college by NIRF 2024 and IIRF Ranking 2023, respectively.
