The MBITS Corporate Relations and Placements team provides all the modern and latest techniques to ensure and satisfy the requirements of modern organizations. MBITS Placement cell takes initiatives to host and coordinate pooled campus recruitment drives of different companies for the students of various colleges in the state of Kerala. The cell conducts Aptitude Tests, Group Discussions and Mock Interviews and facilitates campus recruitment drives on a timely basis. More than 97% of the students got placement offers in 2019. Mar Baselios Institute of Technology and Science Scholarship
The institute provides the following scholarships to deserving students:
- Merit cum means Scholarship: Scheme of Merit cum means based scholarship to students belonging to minority communities is available. Every year 20000 scholarships will be distributed among the students of minority communities throughout the country. A great number of our students are its beneficiaries.
- Central Sector Scholarship: Professional Courses: INR 1,000 per month for the first three years (subject to a maximum of INR 10,000 for an academic year) and INR 2,000 per month for the 4th and 5th years of study (subject to a maximum of INR 20,000 for an academic year).
- Pragati Scholarship Scheme: for girls students of Pragati is an MHRD Scheme being implemented by the AICTE, aimed at providing assistance for the Advancement of Girls pursuing Technical Education.
- C. H. Muhammed Koya Scholarship: The scholarship is offered to girl students belonging to the Muslim community or Latin Catholic Community or Converted Christians.

Central Library: MBITS Central Library was established in the year 2009 and has an excellent collection of 18,853 books, 62 journals & magazines and non-book materials. Books are classified according to the Dewey Decimal Classification scheme. The Library reading space can accommodate more than 150 students.
Auditorium & Seminar Hall: MBITS has auditoriums and well-equipped seminar halls that are able to conduct seminars, workshops, lectures, etc.
Cafeteria: MBITS has got a fully furnished, spacious canteen with modern facilities. The canteen always takes care to serve hygienic and delicious food for both staff and students inside the campus. A variety of south Indian food and snack items are provided to the students and staff of the college at highly subsidized rates with the highest quality.
Fitness Center: MBITS renders a well-equipped Gym inside the campus itself, catering to the needs of fitness enthusiasts. Students and staff are free to use this facility to keep their health in good condition. Staff and students can utilize the Gym facility in the early morning and evening times.
