MES Academy of Medical Sciences was set up in the year 1964 and is located in Malappuram district of Kerala state. The institute comes under the Muslim educational society. It is a multidisciplinary network of colleges compressing a post graduate medical college and its teaching hospital with dental college, nursing college, school of nursing, and the institute of paramedical science. All these educational institutions enjoy minority status under the govt of India.
