Admissions to the Masters in Sports Coaching programs are based on the scores achieved in a written test, followed by a personal interview. - Hostel: The institute provides separate hostel facilities for girls and boys, located on either side of the institute. The rooms are well-furnished and equipped with all the necessities for the convenience of the students. The hostel faculty are very friendly though they are very strict regarding the rules since they strive to maintain the decorum of the institute.
- Sports Ground: The institute has a sports ground as well as a games room that the students can avail of practices and competitions held at the institute. The sports training facilities are of international standard comprising of Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Indoor Halls, Cycling Velodrome, Squash Courts, Conditioning Units, Hockey Fields (Grass & synthetic), Athletic Track (Cinder & synthetic) & Outdoor Courts.
