Ans. Yes, the NSOU has a grievance redressal cell which gives rights to the students to complain regarding any aspect related to his or her learning path including programme quality, learning resources, learner support and guidance, teaching, learning and assessment.

Ans. The popular courses of NSOU are B.A., B.Sc., M.A., B.Lib.I.Sc. and B.Com. The admission to all the courses is given on ‘first come first serve basis’ except B.Spl.Ed. course. The admission to B.Spl.Ed. is given on the basis of an entrance exam conducted by the university.
