SRMCEM Course Admissions 2024

• Shri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Engineering and Management Admissions to all its courses are based on the guidelines of its affiliated university, AKTU.
• SRMCEM Course Admissions to all its courses are based on entrance test and UPTAC counselling.
• SRMCEM Admission Process doesn’t include direct admission on merit to any of the courses.
• Admission to BTech is based on JEE Main scores, followed by counselling conducted by AKTU.
• DPharm admissions are done on the basis of JEECUP.
• SRMCEM Lucknow MTech admissions are based on GATE scores and have a seat intake of 9 for each specialization.
• While SRMCEM Admission to all the other UG courses is based on CUET UG scores and all the other PG course admissions are done on the basis on CUET PG.
• Direct admission to second year (Lateral-Entry) is also available at the institute for BTech, BPharm, and MCA courses. Lateral entry admission will not be made to any other course except BTech, BPharm, and MCA.  
• Over 10% of the previous year’s sanctioned intake is reserved for lateral entry students in BTech, BPharm, and MCA courses.
• SRMCEM Lucknow Admission to 85% of the seats in all the courses will be done through UPTAC Counselling, while the remaining 15% seats are reserved under Management Quota or for NRI students. 
• 5% of seats in BTech, BPharm, MBA & MCA courses are reserved as fee waiver seats for Economically Weaker Meritorious Candidates.

SRMCEM Facilities and Hostels

• Library: The state-of-the-art fully Air-conditioned and Wi-Fi enabled Library system of SRMCEM consists of a Central Library and 01 Branch Library which collectively supports the teaching, research and extension programs of the college. In addition, SRMCEM Lucknow has 13 departmental Libraries and 2 Hostel Libraries for reference purposes. E-library facility is also available at the institute along with easy printing facility on smartphones. The library has 73,000 books, 119 print journals, 10 magazines, and 6069 online national and international journals.
• Hostels: The hostel facility at SRMCEM makes its students experience home like living and learning even though they are away from their homes. Separate and well furnished hostels for boys and girls alike are independently equipped with all amenities such as water purifiers, water coolers, hot water supply etc. The SRMCEM Lucknow hostels have indoor game facilities to make its inmates physically fit. Facilities such as well equipped gymnasium, library, and Wi-Fi are available for the hostel inmates separately. There are two SRMCEM Hostels namely, C.V Raman Boys Hostel and Saraswati Girls Hostel.
• Mess: The girls and boys hostels at SRMCEM have separate dining facility. Each mess is spacious with apposite dining furniture. The mess staff is cleanliness-conscious and it ensures that the food is prepared and served in a hygienic manner.
• Canteen: SRMCEM Lucknow also has a good canteen where fresh food and beverages are served till late hours.
• Transport: SRMCEM has over 7 buses moving between various points in the city and the college campus. Students desiring to avail of this facility must pay the bus charges beforehand and get their bus passes ready. The maximum travel time on each route is between 35 to 50 minutes. Besides bus service for students, faculty, and staff, vehicles are also provided to the students participating in various college activities within the city, and for excursions and industrial visits as well.
• Sports: SRMCEM Lucknow is amply equipped with facilities for various outdoor and indoor games. It also conducts innovative sporting events like Shri Ramswaroop Memorial Premiere League. Some of these facilities are:
  • ​Sports ground for football, baseball, volleyball and cricket.
  • Play field for Indian games like kho-kho, kabaddi etc.
  • Sports room for Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom etc.
  • Gymnasium for weight training, taekwondo, yoga and aerobics.
• Medical Facility: SRMCEM has its own dispensary with a doctor in residence. The dispensary is equipped with round-the-clock ambulance facility. The college also has standing arrangements with reputed hospitals in the vicinity for emergency medical aid. A free medical check-up is also conducted fortnightly. Some of the facilities offered by the dispensary are health care counselling, wellness checkup, dental care, first aid treatment, eye checkup, nursing care management, and referrals.
• Gym: SRMCEM Lucknow has a well equipped Gym comprising of treadmill, stretching machines, suspension trainer, stationary bike, abdominal bench, cross trainer and various weight training equipment. The gym has full time Weight & Fitness Trainer along with Yoga and Aerobics Trainers as well.
• Computer Center: SRMCEM has well equipped computer centre. The computer centre is divided into 23 laboratories with about 32 systems in each lab. It also has Microsoft Campus agreement. Moroever, the Open Learning Area (OLA) managed by the computer centre is a WiFi designated space for students' interactions & collaboration. It showcases innovations in educational technology, interactions using digital media, 2D/3D visual experiments, open lectures and more.
• Clubs: There are several clubs being setup at SRMCEM including Technical Club, Media Club, Artsy Craftsy, Literary & English Club, Grobot Club, Environmental Club, Sports Club, Entrepreneurship CLub, etc.
• Events: SRMCEM Lucknow also organizes various events for the overall development of the students. These include Abhivyakti – a cultural fest, Gantavya – a technical fest, and Spardha – a sports fest.
• Other Facilities: WiFi connected campus, smart classes, conference rooms, seminar halls, wooded campus, guest house, counselling facilities, uninterrupted electricity supply, common rooms, bank, photocopy & print facility, and campus security.
